1. About ESTAMINE CLUB

ESTAMINE CLUB is a digital platform that connects diners with curated culinary experiences from selected restaurants in Portugal. We sell digital vouchers ("Drops") that entitle the holder to a specific dining experience at a partner restaurant.

2. Account Registration

To purchase Drops, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Drops & Vouchers

  • Each Drop represents a specific culinary experience at a named partner restaurant.
  • Drops are limited in quantity and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Upon purchase, you receive a digital voucher with a unique QR code.
  • Vouchers are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Vouchers have an expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded.
  • Purchase limits may apply per user per Drop to ensure fair access.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. ESTAMINE CLUB does not store your credit card details.

As a multi-purpose voucher under Portuguese tax law, VAT is applied by the partner restaurant at the time of your experience, not at the point of online sale. You will receive a fiscal invoice (fatura) directly from the venue upon redemption.

5. Redemption

To redeem your voucher, present the QR code from your dashboard to staff at the partner restaurant. The restaurant will scan the QR code to validate your voucher.

Each voucher can only be redeemed once. Attempting to reuse a redeemed voucher is not permitted.

In summary: you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund for vouchers that have not been redeemed and whose experience date has not passed, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed by Portuguese Decreto-Lei 24/2014).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of ESTAMINE CLUB or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ESTAMINE CLUB acts as an intermediary between diners and partner restaurants. The dining experience itself is delivered by the partner restaurant. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or availability of the experience beyond facilitating the voucher.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESTAMINE CLUB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection legislation.
