Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), transposed into Portuguese law by Decreto-Lei 24/2014, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason.

This right applies provided the voucher has not been redeemed and the experience date has not passed.

2. Exceptions

Under Article 16(l) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. This means:

  • Vouchers for experiences with a fixed date that has already passed are not eligible for refund.
  • Redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

Go to your Vouchers page and click "Request Refund" on the eligible purchase.

Select a reason and submit your request.

Our team will review and process your refund within 2 business days.

The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Alternatively, you can email hello@estamine.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

4. Refund Amount

Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount, including any fees. We do not charge cancellation fees.

5. Restaurant Cancellations

If a partner restaurant cancels an experience or is unable to honour your voucher, you will automatically receive a full refund. We will notify you by email as soon as possible and process the refund within 2 business days.
